What's Included in Cleaning & Property Management

 

We don't nickel and dime you with add-on fees. We will give you one price that will cover all the basic elements of your regular cleaning.  It's all part of the service we offer. 

Our Property Management services are all customized to meet your specific requirements, no more and no less, so you only pay for what you really need. We can manage everything from guest reservations and communications to meeting trades people and taking out the trash bins, and everything in between.

Indoor Cleaning & Staging

MAIN LIVING AREAS

  • Laundry – all linens (including towels) washed, dried & put away

  • Light switches, door handles & surrounding areas are wiped down

  • Dust and polish all furniture

  • Straighten sofa cushions

  • Clean mirrors

  • Dust windowsills & blinds

  • Sweep, mop & vacuum all flooring

  • Vacuum stairs

  • Empty all wastepaper baskets

  • Check for personal items left behind

  • Check for anything is missing or broken.

  • spot clean windows and doors

KITCHEN

  • Wipe down the top & front of all appliances

  • Microwave cleaned inside & out

  • Empty dishwasher & put dishes  away

  • Empty refrigerator of all perishable foods, wipe down shelves if necessary

  • Cabinets wiped & spot cleaned

  • Counters cleaned, everything picked up & wiped down

  • Sinks scrubbed & sanitized

 

BATHROOMS

  • Counters cleaned, everything picked up & wiped down

  • Sinks scrubbed & sanitized

  • Mirrors cleaned

  • Cabinets wiped & spot cleaned

  • Tubs, showers & toilets cleaned & sanitized

 

BEDROOMS

  • Change linens & make up beds

  • Vacuuming

  • dusting

  • empty waste baskets

24/7  Property Management

Every host has different needs so we customize our services to fit the level of service you require. Here is a menu of services you can choose

  • Create and manage your listing on Airbnb, VRBO, or other platforms

  • Respond to all guest inquiries, screen guests, confirm reservations, and secure rental agreements and waivers

  • Handle all guest payments, security deposits, and refunds

  • Calculate and remit county quarterly taxes

  • Supervise tradespeople and all necessary home repairs and maintenance

  • Trash service

  • 24/7 phone availability 

  • 24/7 on site response

  • response within 1 hour or less 7am-10pm

  • response within 30 minutes 10pm-7am

  • On-call programs start at $150.00 per month
